Here we go again.  Pay attention to this man.  He is a well known and respected author of The Psychology of Persuasion.  Of all his many titles, this is a must read for all of you. We are all consumers whether we are business owners or not, and the psychological forces that Mr. Cialdini employs are discussed in an educated, scientific, easy to read  style that will open your eyes to the constant advertising that bombards you.  All of Mr. Cialdini’s work is substantiated, well researched, and chock full of pertinent examples. 

Here are the topics Robert Cialdini discusses with clarity; authority, liking, scarcity, commitment, consistency and reciprocation. I know it is hard to believe that a book on any aspect of psychology could be entertaining, but the writing style if fun, upbeat, and understandable.  It is an enjoyable read because the text has so many great examples that bring the point home.
