Leigh Robinson is a landlord’s best friend, especially if you are a do it yourself kind of landlord.  His specialty niche in the real estate game is providing software for landlords.  This is a great concept if you aren’t using a property management company because you are going to need to know the legalities of landlording, both the profit and the eviction side of the business.

Leigh Robinson has written the following books; Landlording, What’s a Landlord to Do? and The Eviction Book for California – A Handy Manual for Scrupulous  Landlords and Landladies Who Do Their Own Evictions.  And, if you want to purchase his Eviction Forms Creator, you will have all the forms you need to legally reclaim your property when it becomes necessary.

His books are well written and packed with lots of useful information according to my sources. The only negative comment I have heard is that some of the computing data is no longer pertinent due to changes in technology.
